I met Dan (the owner) back in 1995 when he installed a water softener for my first house. Since then, I've always called upon him for any of my plumbing needs. In that ~30 years' worth of time, he's done these things for me:

* Replacement of Pressure Regulator & Customer Valve (where connects to City)

* Replacement of Water Heater

* Repair of outdoor water pipe for faucet

* Repair of R/O (Reverse Osmosis) system under kitchen sink

* Installation of another water softener (next house)

* Repair of broken PVC for irrigation system

* Contained leak (very quickly for obvious reasons) for Jacuzzi Tub

I'll add that if there's any improvement (other than "code") he's always made suggestions that have helped to prevent problems in the future. For example, the outdoor water pipe was the result of a freeze since water was in the pipe (even though it was insulated). After repairing, he came up with an ingenious setup to install a shutoff valve (underground) so before any freeze, you could drain the water out of the pipe. Every time a freeze was on the way, that valve was needed, eliminating any need to cover the faucet or deal with the same problem in the future.

In some cases, a simple call to Dan has been done asking opinion of other things to install or purchase. I always value his opinion as he truly wants what is best for his customers.

His rates are definitely competitive and fair too.

I'd highly recommend him without any hesitation.
